PERSONAL TRAINING & PRIVATE SESSIONS

All Personal Training programmes work on the assumption that clients have access to the plentiful public health information available on healthy eating and that they understand the principle of -

“ENERGY IN : ENERGY OUT”.


Phys-ogue programmes will never focus on counting calories, measuring body fat with callipers or half completed food diaries. A typical Phys-ogue client will know what they eat and understand that an excess of chocolate, crisps and biscuits is bad news. We all know know when our jeans are too tight!


Phys-ogue’s approach is based on the understanding that by using sensible portion control within a well-balanced diet and combining it with a healthy approach to appropriate exercise, lives are enhanced both physically and mentally.


In  a nutshell - we are mindful of a healthy approach to consuming calories, but our focus is on the smart way to work them off!


ONCE WE GET MOVING – WE GET RESULTS!


Sessions in the home are an option, but an outdoor approach is recommended or a combination of the both. Baby comes too!

DECIDE          on your own postnatal fitness priorities.

Six weekly sessions designed by a midwife/personal trainer specifically for new mothers who want to work on their fitness at a comfortable pace.

 

These private one hour “buggy fit” style sessions are a relaxed and safe way to establish a postnatal fitness routine from the sixth week following vaginal birth or the twelfth week following caesarean birth.

           

Bring your baby, meet your friends and get back into shape at your own pace within a secure environment. Enjoy the mood boost that goes with outdoor exercise and good company, whilst receiving good professional advice on how to manage postnatal weight efficiently and sensibly.


Motivational work and support are always key elements of these sessions, but arranging your own exclusive group allows you to focus on what matters most to you!


Recommended group size 6-8 (max 10)                                  £100 per session

All sessions are all outdoors.   One Rain Check per group per six week block.
