This FLAGSHIP antenatal class is uniquely designed to provide safe pregnancy exercise. It is an opportunity to prepare physically and mentally for birth, whilst meeting other local like-minded mums to be. Gain good expert advice in a very sociable environment.    

This BUGGY FIT style group is a sociable way to get back in shape after baby is born. Workout at your own pace within a secure, environment with good professional advice on how to manage postnatal weight efficiently and sensibly, whilst meeting other like minded local Mums.

PRIVATE antenatal & postnatal personal training, individual sessions and small private postnatal group packages are available by arrangement.

Motivational work and support are key elements of these sessions.
