Booking essential for all groups.

Our aim is to provide a top class service with good standards of organisation and communication. On enquiry you will receive a welcome pack with full information on your chosen group and we will guide you through the process of joining our sessions. The programme is a rolling one, so we will plan a start date to suit you (depending on availability). You will then work at your own pace within the group depending on your situation and fitness background. If you feel that a phone chat would be useful just let us know. Phys-ogue will never share or pass on your email address or phone number to third parties.

In order to get our programme right for you and to offer best advice, we need to know a little bit about you. We like to think of our sessions not as classes, but as groups. With some good simple planning we know that we can help you to maintain confidence in yourself within our welcoming group.
